Room 13

 

Kia ora, we are a Year 7 class from Tamatea Intermediate.  We feel lucky because our school is affiliated with three chiefs.  The chief's names are Tamatea Ariki Nui, Rongokako, and Tamatea Pokai Whenua. We enjoy participating in #NZReadaloud because we enjoy the texts we get to study and the learning is always fun, and interesting.  It is also cool because we connect with authors and other students from across New Zealand which helps us to expand our knowledge and understanding of the concepts we are learning about.  

Something that is interesting about our whare is that we truly are like a small whanau within our community. We all get along and have a great friendship together. 

We feel privileged and are super excited to be able to connect and share our learning journey with everyone who is participating in the readaloud this term.
